You explain everything as we work and it makes perfect sense and Joe looks forward to your next visit.  Thanks for the training session today. It has given me lots to do and learn and will hopefully allow Archie to learn too. The most useful thing I found was the feedback on what I was doing or not, i.e. not holding the toy in the air, but ptting it behind my back instead, only saying things once. It has made me aware that I need to focus more on what I'm doing and if that is causing Archies actions. The handouts are clear and easy to follow which will help with the clicker.

 Dexter our 16 month Welsh Terrier had been walking with Mandy  for almost a year. We were keen for Dexter to socialise with other dogs and to find someone to help us train him and tame some of his naughty Terrier tendencies. Choosing Mandy was the best decision we made! We have been so impressed by and grateful to Mandy - she always offers great advice and solutions to any training concerns and has worked with us to get Dexter his Gold Obedience Certificate - quite a feat for a Welsh Terrier. Mandy has been walking our Spinger Spaniel, Blaze for 6 months. She filled a huge gap for us when work shift patterns changed and Blaze had had over a year of surgery so needed a lot of TLC; hence very scepticle leaving him with someone new. Mandy and Blaze have not only enjoyed their walks but he has become increasingly more confident thanks to the work Mandy has been prepared to put in with him. We trust her impeccibly and Blaze loves her too. Mandy is a true dog genius, she understands dogs implicitly and is able to impart her knowledge in a way which reflects completely how much she genuinely adores canines. As a first time dog owner her advice on dog behaviour and many training tips over the last 5 yrs have resulted in a mild mannered, confident, amazing little beagle who's never given us a moments worry.
